"In the beginning there were exercises I either couldn't do or struggled with due to my back and the pain I would get. Now having worked on my core muscles, I have slowly been able to start doing the exercises that I couldn't do before with no pain. Just goes to show that if you work hard and keep trying that anything is possible. Im proud of myself it has also given me back confidence in myself."
"I was fairly new to exercise and was looking for classes that were challenging and fun without being full on intense and intimidating. I saw the adverts for Sam's stretch and tone class. I went and so glad I did, her classes are structured and challenging but with gentle inclusive instruction and suitable for all ages and abilities.
I was worried that as a 50 something overweight lady I wouldn’t be able to keep up and would feel the odd one out. But I was wrong, the classes are friendly and welcoming and no one judges abilities in fact there is humour when getting it wrong, I don’t know what I was worried about. In fact I joined Sams ballet fitness class as well.
Working with Sam is a joy she has the ability to make you challenge yourself and work hard without you realising exactly how hard you are working. She has a very gentle teaching manner and her music choice matches.
At the age of 54 Through ballet fitness I have achieved a child hood dream I shed a tear in my first class the atmosphere teaching and music were perfect. Thank you Sam for bringing out the ballerina in me."
"I had for many years been looking for an adult dance class but unfortunately there are very few around. I wanted something more advanced than just the usual Zumba class. I have joined various gyms before but because I have a love of dance, nothing had really offered what I was looking for. Sam’s classes have provided exactly what I wanted. I first joined the adult jazz class almost 2 years ago. It’s a class for people with a little bit of previous dance experience. In my 50’s and having not done much dance since I was 18, the class was at first challenging for me, which was exactly what I was looking for. I now find this class so rewarding as I have learned so much from Sam, and made so many improvements.
For those who just want to enjoy dancing without worrying about technique Sam also teaches a brilliant dance fitness class, which is so much fun and a really good workout. The stretch and tone class is also great and no dance experience is required at all for this class.
Since finding these classes, many of my friends, who have no dance experience at all, have given up their gym memberships and moved to Sam’s classes as the atmosphere is great and she offers classes to suit all abilities."

"This is a gentle stretch and tone class for adults of all ages and abilities. I am of reasonable fitness but I still feel the benefit of this class even tho it is of a slower pace. Sam adapts the exercises to suit all abilities and you really do finish the class feeling 'Stretched & Toned'. For something more energetic, try Sam's Dance Fitness class on a Thursday morning and for those of you with a real passion for Dance, try the Adult Dance class on Wednesday mornings.
