You are a big Strictly Come Dancing fan and would love to know how to do those dances. You dread social occasions when there is dancing, and you feel embarrassed shuffling around the floor. You feel awkward and uncomfortable when you've been invited to dance but are unsure of the steps. You'd like to meet new people and make new friends.

You will discover how these dances will improve your strength, flexibility and posture. You will find yourself making many mistakes as you learn but will learn to laugh, get over it and keep going.
